Happy mother’s day!

Sometime last night Newspaper Blackout broke 100,000 followers.

I normally don’t make a big deal about numbers, but this feels like something significant, so I just want to say thank you to everyone who’s submitted poems, reblogged poems, liked, etc. It’s very, very cool.

If you’re new to the site — this whole thing started with a book, Newspaper Blackout. I talked a little bit about the origins in my recent Creative Mornings talk. There’s also a little bit about the project in my book, Steal Like An Artist.
